Calhoun County Sheep Club will have concession stand on site.
Camping is available for a $15 per site fee. Please contact us if you are interested
in camping at the fairgrounds. Electric hook up and Shower facilities are available.
Fair Acres Show supply will be on site.

Order Of Events:

• Free Showmanship Clinic at 11:00 am.

• Jackpot Showmanship will begin at 12:00 pm.

• Market Classes will be held Immediately following showmanship.

• Immediately following the selection of the champion market lamb, a ewe lamb class will be offered. The class will be split if there are enough entries.

Rules for Entry:

1. Entries are open to all youth ages 21 and under as of 6.29.08.
2. Showmanship age will be calculated based on the entrant’s age as of 1.1.08
3. Ewe lambs may be entered in either the market classes or the ewe class, but not both. Ewes entered in the ewe class will be shown by weight.
4. Lambs must be slick shorn with in 5 days before the show in order to weigh in.
5. All lambs must have USDA Scrapie Tags.
6. Lambs showing visible signs of fungus, ringworm, sore-mouth, or any other contagious disease will not be allowed to unload.
7. Weigh-In will begin at 8:30 am. Scales will close at 10:30 am.
8. Entry fees will be $12 per lamb if received by June 5, and $18 per lamb day of show. There will be no refunds on no-shows.
9. Pen fee is $10. Shavings only.
